250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
100 grams Lavender honey
Lemon balm (for the garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse raspberries and pat dry.

2.

Reserve some raspberries for garnish. Puree other raspberries and mix in a bowl with yogurt and honey. Pour mixture into a shallow metal tray and freeze in the freezer.

3.

Stir often during freezing process so large ice crystals do not form. 

4.

Serve ice cream using either an ice cream scoop or a small spoon. Serve ice cream with fresh raspberries and lemon balm leaves.
