Nutritional values

In addition to various minerals and trace elements, raspberries provide acids and tanning agents with which they support the liver in detoxification work. Incidentally, the natural plant dyes of the raspberry not only make the berry fruit look totally good, but also have a positive effect on health, as they protect the body's cells from damage caused by free radicals. The heart and circulation also feel some of this positive effect.

If you want to prepare the buried tiramisu from scratch, the right ladyfingers are a must. With our recipe for healthier ladyfingers, you save on refined sugar and are sure to prepare a tasty tiramisu.
