- 1 handful Basil (leaves)
- 3 ozs Mozzarella
- 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread (about 50 grams)
- 2 tsps prepared Pesto (from a jar)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Knife, 12 long Wooden skewers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes and drain. Rinse basil leaves and shake dry.
2.
Drain the mozzarella. Cut into thin slices and then into 12 pieces.
3.
Spread pesto over the bread and cut into 12 cubes.
4.
Thread the tomatoes, cheese and bread on long wooden skewers, wrapping the cheese loosely in large basil leaves.
