- 22 ozs Red cabbage
- 1 ¾ ozs apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 1 pomegranate
- 4 Dried dates (without pits)
- 4 ozs Feta
- 2 parsley

Preparation steps
Clean red cabbage, cut into quarters, remove the stalk and cut quarters into 2-inch pieces. Coarsely chop with vinegar, salt, 2 pinches of pepper, sesame seeds, and walnut oil in a blitz chopper; if you don't have a blitz chopper, grate or chop the red cabbage. Transfer the salad to a bowl and set it aside.
Cut pomegranate in half and remove seeds. Cut dates into rings. Crumble the feta. Wash parsley, shake dry and finely chop leaves.
Arrange red cabbage salad in bowls and sprinkle with parsley, pomegranate seeds, dates and feta.
