Preparation steps

Clean red cabbage, cut into quarters, remove the stalk and cut quarters into 2-inch pieces. Coarsely chop with vinegar, salt, 2 pinches of pepper, sesame seeds, and walnut oil in a blitz chopper; if you don't have a blitz chopper, grate or chop the red cabbage. Transfer the salad to a bowl and set it aside.

Cut pomegranate in half and remove seeds. Cut dates into rings. Crumble the feta. Wash parsley, shake dry and finely chop leaves.
