350 grams Rice noodles
2 scallions
400 grams Pork
1 garlic clove
2 centimeters ginger
3 Tbsps light soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 eggs
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
salt
Chili powder

Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to instructions on the package.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut diagonally into rings.

Rinse the meat, pat dry and place in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce and the cornstarch and toss with the meat.

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Pour oil in a hot wok and cook scrambled eggs. Remove eggs and chop. Place the meat in the wok and cook until golden brown 3-4 minutes while stirring. Drain the noodles and add to pan with the egg. Season with soy sauce, salt and chili powder. Distribute in bowls and serve garnished with scallions.
