1 large Bowl (microwaveable, with lid), 1 Measuring cups, 1 Microwave oven, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 deep bowl (or pitcher), 1 Immersion blender, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon

Mix milk and rice in a large microwave-safe bowl, stir, cover and cook at 600 watts in the microwave for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and roughly chop kiwi. Rinse gooseberries, cut off ends and cut in half. Put gooseberries and diced kiwi in a high vessel and coarsely puree with an immersion blender.
