300 grams Rice (cooked)
2 slices Turkey ham (3 mm thick)
1 Pineapple
2 chili peppers
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce

Preparation steps

Halve pineapple and cut out pulp (reserve shell halves), cut into cubes and roast in preheated oven at 150°C (approximately 300°F) for about 20 minutes. Cut ham into small cubes. Rinse and halve chile peppers, remove seeds and ribs and dice one pepper finely. Set another pepper aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and saute pineapple briefly, add chile pepper and ham and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add oyster sauce and remove from the pan. Add rice to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Combine rice with pineapple mixture and spread in pineapple halves. Garnish with chile pepper halves and serve.
