200 grams Leeks
150 grams cooked ham
200 grams Pineapple (canned)
350 grams Tomatoes
250 grams fresh Mozzarella

Preparation steps

Thaw dough. Brush baking sheet with oil. Roll out the dough and place on the baking sheet making a thicker edge.

Rinse leeks and cut diagonally into rings. Cut ham into thin strips and cut pineapple slices into quarters. Rinse, halve and slice the tomatoes.

Distribute ingredients on the dough, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with the drained, sliced mozzarella. Preheat oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F) and bake the pizza for about 30 minutes.
