- 1 young Lettuce
- 2 small Cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 20 grams ginger
- 600 grams Beef (from the leg, ready to cook)
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- salt
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the lettuce and shake dry. Rinse and peel the cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise and chop into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into wedges.

Peel and finely dice the ginger.
Rinse the meat, pat dry and chop into 3 cm cubes (approximately 1 1/4 inches). Mix with the ginger and red pepper flakes. Season with pepper and sauté in some oil in a roasting pan for about 8 minutes, while turning. Season with a little salt.
3.
Arrange the lettuce on plates and place the meat on top along with the cucumbers and onion.
Suggestion: Serve with an onion dip.
