100 grams white Daikon radish
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche

½ tsp grainy Dijon mustard
1 scallion
4 slices Rye bread

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and thinly slice the radishes. Mix the creme fraiche and mustard, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions on a bias. 

2.

Spread 2 slices of the bread with the creme fraiche mixture. Top with the lettuce, radish, roast beef, and scallions. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread, and serve.
