- 1 pc Pineapple (about 100 grams pulp)
- 1 tsp Canola oil
- salt
- peppers
- 3 Tbsps Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp red Curry paste
- 1 pc Limes
- 1 pc Napa cabbage (about 100 grams)
- 2 slices Whole Grain Rye Rolls (or 1 whole wheat baguette roll)
- 3 ozs Roast beef cold cut (without fat, trimmed)

Preparation steps
Peel pineapple, trim and cut into thin slices.
Heat a grill pan and brush with the oil. Grill pineapple until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and let cool.
Mix yogurt mayonnaise with the curry paste. Squeeze lime and stir season mayonnaise with lime juice to taste. Trim cabbage, cut into strips, rinse and spin dry.
Toast bread and spread with curry mayonnaise.
Distribute pineapple and cabbage on a slice of bread. Top with the roast beef and the second half of bread. Wrap in grease-proof paper for transport.
