- 1 garlic clove
- 2 centimeters fresh ginger
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 500 grams Beef (Hip or loin)
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 800 grams Celery
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 2 Tbsps Rice wine
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and ginger and finely chop. Rinse the chile pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and finely chop. Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix with the prepared ingredients and the cornstarch.

Rinse the celery and cut diagonally into pieces. Add 1 tablespoon oil in a hot wok and sauté the celery for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Deglaze with the rice wine and season with salt and pepper. Remove from the wok and serve on warmed plates. Add the rest of the oil to the wok and cook the meat for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add soy sauce to taste. Divide among the plates and serve on top of the celery.
