Preparation steps

Peel and thinly slice the onion half.

Rinse and dry the lettuce.

Heat the tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Remove the warmed tortilla, and drizzle with sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

5.

Top the tortilla with the lettuce, onions, and roast beef. Season to taste, roll up tightly, and cut in half.
