l Beef broth (from a jar)
350 grams Celery
100 grams raisins
600 grams tart Apple

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pork, pat dry and sear in a roasting pan on all sides in clarified butter. Peel onions cut into eighths and add to the meat with the spices.

2.

Deglaze with broth and simmer over medium heat for 1 ½ hours. Trim celery, rinse, cut into large pieces and add to the roasting pan with the raisins 15 minutes before end of cooking time.

3.

Rinse apples, cut into eighths, remove the seeds and add to roasting pan 10 minutes before end of cooking time. Stir apple butter into the sauce, season with salt and pepper and serve.
