Ingredients
250 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Roll out the butter between 2 layers of plastic wrap to a thickness of 2-3 mm (approximately 1/10 inch), depending on flower. Cut out 3 circles of approx 1.5 cm (approximately .05  inch) in diameter, 3 circles of approx 2.5 cm (approximately .09 inch) in diameter and 4 circles of approx 3.5 cm (approximately .14 inch) in diameter.

2.

To create flower shape, use a small cone shape in the center and shape circles around it. Place the circle on the bottom and press firmly into place. Start with small circles and finish with big circles. Place butter flowers in ice water until ready to serve.
