1 organic Orange (juiced)
1 centiliter Orange liqueur
salt

1 lemon (juiced)
5 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig fresh rosemary

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the oranges, pat dry and finely grate the zest. Peel the oranges, remove the pith and cut the flesh into slices. Arrange on a serving plate.

2.

Combine the orange juice with the liqueur, lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper then pour over the orange slices.

3.

Rinse the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles and sprinkle over the orange slices. Let infuse for hours. Serve with fried fish or white bread, if desired.
