1 Lettuce
4 eggs
100 grams Radish
1 Apple
2 scallions
2 Tbsps Caper
scallions (for garnish)

200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 generous pinch Horseradish
1 pinch sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim, and tear the lettuce if needed.

2.

Hardboil the eggs, and remove from the heat. Peel and cut into quarters.

3.

Rinse, trim, and slice the julienne the radishes.

4.

Peel the apple, quarter, and remove the core. Julienne the quarters.

5.

Rinse the scallions. Thinly slice the white parts, and julienne the green parts.

6.

Place everything onto 4 plates.

7.

For the dressing, combine all the ingredients until smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add some water. Drizzle the salad with the dressing, and garnish with capers and chives.
