Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, rinse lettuce, shake dry, tear into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate.

2.

Rinse shrimp with cold water and pat dry. Finely chop egg. Arrange shrimp and egg on top of lettuce.

3.

For the dressing, mix yogurt in a bowl with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve garnished with dill.
