For the tuna
4 Tuna (each 180 grams)
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
For the salad
200 grams green Beans
8 small Tomatoes
1 Red onion
4 hardboiled eggs
80 grams black Olives
1 small Romaine lettuce
1 shallot
3 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

For the tuna, rinse the tuna and pat dry.

For the salad, rinse the beans, trim and cook for 6-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Peel onion, halve and cut into strips. Peel eggs and cut in half. Mix beans with tomato and onion. Rinse the romaine lettuce, trim and spin dry. Tear into smaller pieces as needed. Transfer to plates and place beans and tomatoes in the middle of the salad. Place olives and eggs on top. For the dressing, peel the shallot and chop finely. Stir with the vinegar, oil and chives and season with salt and pepper.

Season tuna with salt and pepper, brush with the oil and cook on preheated grill on each side about 1-2 minutes (or longer or shorter depending on doneness desired). Place tuna on the salad, drizzle with the dressing and serve.
