Preparation steps

1.

Dice salmon. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small rings. Peel, quarter, core and dice apple. Immediately mix diced apple with lemon juice. Combine apple with salmon, chives, caviar and oil and season with salt and lemon juice.

Use mold ring to arrange tartar on plates and garnish with a dollop of caviar and chives.

3.

Serve with rich toasted bread strips if desired.
