Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the apples, peel, cut in half, remove core and dice finely. Drizzle the lemon juice over and toss well.

Chop the salmon finely and add it to a bowl. Add in the diced apples and toss well. Season with pepper.

Add cream cheese and yogurt in a small bowl and mix until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on bread slices and top with salmon and apple tartar. Garnish with dill and serve.
