- Ingredients
- 10 slices Toast
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 2 scallions
- 400 grams Cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 3 Tbsps
- 3 Tbsps Horseradish cream (45 grams)
- 1 tsp grainy Mustard
- salt
- peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 6 slices Smoked salmon
Preparation steps
1.
Arrange bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C; gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) until golden brown, around 10-15 minutes.
2.
Meanwhile, rinse the scallions, trim and cut diagonally into rings.
3.
Beat together the cream cheese, milk, horseradish and mustard and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Thinly slice the salmon and toss with 2/3 of the scallions.
4.
Distribute the spread between 4 bowls and sprinkle with the remaining scallions. Cut the sesame toast in half diagonally and serve with the spread.
