Nutritional values

Salmon is not only rich in protein, but can also score points with its omega-3 fatty acids. These promote the ability to concentrate, are generally good for the brain and protect the heart and arteries from calcification. The herbs provide many essential oils, which on the one hand determine the flavour, but also have a positive effect on stomach and intestinal complaints.

The salmon with lemon and herb filling is even better when served with a dip. Try our dill yoghurt dip with it!
