4 pcs Salmon (each 150 grams, skinned and boned)
½ bunch Dill
300 grams Whipped cream

3 tsps organic Lemon peel (grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into slices. Rinse the dill, pat dry and finely chop.

2.

Boil the cream, salt, pepper and lemon zest in a pan and cook over high heat for about 2 -3 minutes. Reduce the heat and add salmon. Cook about 3-4 minutes. Remove the salmon and set aside.

3.

Drain the pasta (collect 1 cup of cooking water). Mix the dill into the sauce (add cooking water if needed). Season and serve the pasta with the salmon and sauce.
