3 sheets Lettuce (such as iceberg)
½ Cucumber
1 Fennel
4 Radish
4 Tortillas
2 Tbsps finely chopped Fresh herbs (such as dill and parsley)

Preparation steps

Combine the crème fraîche with the horseradish and the lemon juice and season with salt. Cut the smoked salmon into strips. Rinse the lettuce leaves, spin dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices or shave on a microplane. Rinse the fennel, core and cut into thin slices or shave on a microplane. Trim the radishes, rinse and cut into thin slices.

Heat the tortillas in a hot pan (or microwave) briefly and place on plate. Put some cream in dollops on one half of tortillas and cover decoratively with the salmon and vegetables. Garnish with the herbs, roll up and serve, with the rest of the cream alongside.
