- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 150 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
- 100 grams Goat cheese (in slices)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut rolls in half and spread bottom halves with mayonnaise. Rinse lettuce and drain well.
2.
Rinse, core and cut tomatoes into slices. Layer rolls with lettuce, tomato slices, smoked salmon and goat cheese. Top sandwiches with remaining roll halves and serve.
