1 bottle dry, Spanish Red wine
40 centiliters Brandy
Soda water
Ice cubes
½ lemon (sliced)
½ Orange (sliced)
½ Apple (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Add the orange slices, lemon lices, and apple slices to a pitcher or a large bowl. Mix in half of the sugar. Pour in the wine and the brandy, and stir until combined. 

2.

If you'd like it sweeter, add more of the sugar. Chill for at least 15 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, add 3/4 l (approximately 3/4 quart) of the soda water and the ice cubes. Stir to combine, and serve.
