Nutritional values

Sauerkraut is a pure lightweight with 17 calories per 100 grams, but provides a lot of dietary fibre which stimulates the intestinal activity and thus has a positive effect on digestion. In addition, it is "produced" by lactic acid bacteria that stabilize our intestinal flora. The vitamin C in gratin strengthens the immune system and is great for the connective tissue.

You can multiply the ingredients as you wish, for example to make a simple, quick side dish for several people. It is suitable with lean roast smoked pork or meatballs made from minced beefsteak or, completely vegetarian, with jacket potatoes with herb curd as a source of protein.
