Preparation steps

1.

Peel and slice onions. Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides. Add onions and season with salt and paprika. Add broth and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.

2.

Peel potatoes and boil in salted water for about 30 minutes. Add sauerkraut to broth, bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix in sour cream. Drain potatoes. Plate stew with potatoes and serve.
