200 milliliters white wine
300 milliliters Vegetable broth
2 Tbsps ground paprika (sweet)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut sausages into pieces. In a saucepan, sauté sauerkraut in oil. Add wine and broth, stir in paprika and simmer about 10 minutes over low heat. After 5 minutes, add sausages.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and divide soup between 2 bowls. To serve, top each soup with 1-2 tablespoons sour cream.
