800 grams floury potatoes
1 stalk Leeks
2 Parsnips
2 carrots

2 Tbsps clarified butter
2 Cooked sausages (such as Wiener, Debreziner)

2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, leeks, carrots, parsely root and celery. Rinse and cut everything in cubes.

Cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onions.

In a large saucepan, heat the butter. Saute the onions and bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
