10 ozs Poultry sausage
1 Tbsp Canola oil
½ tsp ground Caraway
peppers
18 ozs strained tomato
1 bunch Chives
3 ozs Yogurt
1 tsp ground paprika

Preparation steps

Wash and peel potatoes, cut into bite-sized cubes and boil in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel onion and cut into narrow wedges. Halve peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into pieces. Cut sausages into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pot. Sauté onion and sausage in it over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper, and add tomatoes, add some water, and simmer everything for about 10 minutes at low heat.
