- 2 white Bell pepper (or light yellow)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt

- 600 grams new potatoes (cooked day before)
- 600 grams Andouille
Preparation steps

The oven to preheat grill.

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and arrange, skin side up, on an oiled baking sheet. Brush with oil and roast under a hot broiler until skin blackens and blisters, watching carefully. Remove from oven, cover with a damp kitchen towel and cool. Peel and puree peppers in a blender with crème fraîche and peeled garlic finely. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cut potatoes and sausages into 1 cm thick slices (approximately 1/2 inch) and thread, alternating, on 12 metal skewers. Brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill on a hot grill for about 10 minutes on both sides. Arrange on plates and serve with the sauce.
