1 yellow onion
½ bunch parsley
2 Tbsps green Olives (pitted)
2 Tbsps black Olives (pitted)
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel orange and remove white skin as completely as possible. Cut oranges into thin slices. Arrange on a plate. Peel onion, cut in half and thinly slice. Rinse parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and finely chop.

2.

Sprinkle onion, olives over orange slices and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over oranges. If desired add juice of half a lemon. Serve with fresh white bread.
