Preparation steps

Beat eggs in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water and milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a pan, pour beaten eggs into the pan and let thicken over low heat.

Stir eggs occasionally while frying. Toast bread, cover with scrambled eggs, sprinkle with parsley and serve on plates with tomato slices.
