- 1 small onion
- 100 grams shrimp (ready to eat, drained)
- 6 eggs
- 50 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 4 Whole Grain Toast
- 2 Tbsps parsley (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Chop the shrimp slightly smaller. Beat the eggs in a bowl and whisk together with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the shrimp. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and cook the egg mixture therein while stirring.

Toast the whole-grain bread in the toaster until golden brown. Top with the scrambled eggs and serve garnished with parsley.
