100 grams Boiled ham (sliced)
4 stalks parsley
1 tsp butter (about 5 g)

Preparation steps

Whisk the eggs with the sour cream, then julienne the ham. Rinse, dry, and chop the parsley.

Heat the butter in a pan, then cook the ham for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add the eggs, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until scarmbled. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then divide into 4 bowls.

Garnish with the parsley, then serve with the bread.
