The mineral- and vitamin-rich mix makes many an iso-drink run out of rank. Sauerkraut contributes several minerals, sea buckthorn above all a colourful vitamin mix. Both juices also offer a special feature that is especially good for vegetarians: they contain vitamin B12, which is usually only found in animal foods.
If you want to use the drink as a sports drink, use a mineral water with a particularly high mineral content if possible. In this case, the sodium content may easily exceed 200 mg/l.

- ½ cup cold mineral water (carbonated)
- 2 sprigs Lemon balm
- Ice cubes

Preparation steps

Place sea buckthorn and sauerkraut juice with 2-3 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker (or a jar with a lid) and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass and fill with sparkling water.

Rinse lemon balm, shake dry, pluck leaves and garnish the drink with leaves.
