For the potatoes
1 kilogram waxy potatoes
4 Tbsps olive oil
100 grams Sesame seeds
salt
peppers
For the herb quark
350 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
4 Tbsps Sour cream
½ bunch Radish
1 bunch Chives
400 grams mixed Lettuce
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp Mustard
salt
peppers

Preparation steps

For the potatoes: Rinse and slice potatoes. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, sprinkle with half the sesame seeds, spread potato slices on top, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Roast in an oven preheated to 175°C (approximately 350°F) for 30-40 minutes.

For the herb quark: Rinse and mince radishes. Slice chives. Combine radishes, chives, quark and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

Rinse lettuce and shake dry. Whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper to create a dressing. Drizzle dressing over lettuce. Serve lettuce with potatoes and herb quark.
