1 kilogram new potatoes
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
100 grams Sesame seeds
1 tsp cayenne pepper
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes thoroughly under running water and pat dry.

Heat the oil in a bowl. Cut the potatoes in half, add to the oil and mix.

Mix sesame seeds on a plate with the cayenne. Press the potatoes with the cut side down into the sesame mixture and arrange side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sesame side down. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes.

4.

Turn the potatoes and bake another 15 minutes. Remove potatoes, season with salt and serve as a side dish.
