4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
2 small Zucchini
soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the zucchini. Cut lengthwise into long slices.

2.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant and golden. Remove to a plate.

3.

Cut the salmon into 8 uniform strips. Roll the salmon strips up and dip the flat sides into the toasted sesame seeds. 

4.

Arrange the zucchini slices on plates and place the salmon rolls on top. 

5.

Serve with soy sauce if desired.
