1 red chili pepper
5 Tbsps olive oil
125 milliliters sherry

Preparation steps

Clean the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Rinse the chili, remove the seeds, and finely dice. Heat the olive oil in a pan, and sauté the shallots, garlic, and chili.

Add the mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add the sherry, season to taste with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, and reduce slightly. Mix in the parsley, and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
