2 red chili peppers
600 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)

4 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse snow peas, snip off ends and blanch pods in a pot of boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Peel mango, cut fruit away from core and divide into bite-size pieces.

Rinse chile peppers and cut into rings. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Heat oil in a pan, saute shrimp on each side until golden brown and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Mix snow peas in a bowl with mango and chile peppers and season with oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add shrimp, mix and serve in a bowl.
