Preparation steps

Rinse, peel, and quarter the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for 25-30 minutes, until soft. Drain, and let dry slightly. Pass through a potato ricer, and mix with the milk and butter. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Let the mixture cool, then transfer onto plates. Top each portion with a dollop of sour cream, the shrimp, and some freshly cracked black pepper. Rinse and dry the parsley, then garnish the potatoes with the leaves.
