- 16 ozs uncooked Spaghetti
- salt (to taste)
- ½ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 2 red chili peppers (washed; seeded and cut into thin rings)
- 2 Tbsps fresh parsley (fine chopped)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chili peppers; saute until garlic is lightly browned.

Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid. Place the pasta in a large pasta bowl, drizzle with olive oil mixture and toss. If pasta seems dry, gradually add reserved cooking liquid. Add chopped parsley, season with salt and toss again. Divide between bowls and serve.
