300 grams Smoked fish (such as Trout)
2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 tsp Horseradish (from a jar)
2 Tbsps scallions
1 splash lemon juice
freshly ground peppers
4 lg slices Smoked salmon

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onion and chop very finely. Mash smoked fish (except salmon) with a fork finely. Add onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish and chives and mix well. Season with lemon juice and pepper.

2.

Spread small ladles (cover with plastic wrap, if desired) with salmon slices and fill with salad. Carefully transfer to plates and serve.  

3.

If desired, serve with bread chips.
