2 tsps Caper (from a jar, drained)

Preparation steps

Peel mango, cut fruit from the core and cut into thin slices. Peel onion and cut into fine strips or rings. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt, white pepper and oil.

To serve, arrange mango slices on a plate with a few slices of smoked salmon (if desired, decoratively form rolls). Sprinkle with onion strips and capers. Drizzle with lemon marinade and garnish with cilantro leaves and grated coconut.
