Preparation steps

Rinse the salmon fillets. Rinse the lemon, cut 1 in half, and squeeze the juice from 1 of the halves. Cut the remaining lemon into slices. Drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon fillets, sprinkle with dill and top with lemon slices.

Drain the capers and spread over the salmon pieces. Place the salmon fillets in a steamer. Fill a pot with a little salt water, place the steamer basket on top, cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot, alongside a fresh salad as desired.
