- 1 cup Parma ham
- 11 ozs Goat cheese (cut into 12 thin slices)
- 8 Figs (quartered)
- 1 shallot (diced)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Arrange the rocket, Parma ham, cheese and figs on a plate.

Mix the shallot with the lemon juice and honey and stir in the oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper and drizzle over the salad.
