- 2 cups Lettuce (e. g. young sorrel, beetroot leaves, rocket, ripped into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 Peaches (pitted and sliced)
- 4 small, round Goat cheese (approx. 125 g each)
- For the dressing
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 0.333 cup Walnut (chopped)
- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps
1.
Arrange the lettuce and peaches on plates and place the cheese rounds in the middle.

To make the dressing, mix together the garlic, walnuts, oils, lemon juice and honey. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, drizzle over the salad and serve.
